At COMMAS, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection is not quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original COMMAS packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
